Cryotech launches its next generation of liquid nitrogen dosing equipment

Campbell, CA (May 8, 2007) Cryotech International, Inc. a leader in cryogenic transfer systems for over 25 years, is pleased to launch its next generation of liquid nitrogen dosing equipment, the UltraDoser AB1500 and the UltraDoser S7200. Over the past two years, Cryotech has partnered with PLC manufacturers to take advantage of advances in programmable logic.

Cryotech now offers real-time electronic “dose-targeting” and routine discrete dosing at line speeds of 1200 cpm. Cryotech systems have the capability of discrete dosing at 2000 cpm during ramp-up conditions. Both the UltraDoser AB1500 and the UltraDoser S7200 allow for remote sensor placement and are encoder compatible.

The result is consistent finished product container characteristics over all line speeds. Advances in high speed photography allow Cryotech technicians to easily verify dosing performance at all line speeds.
