Cryotech adds All-Siemens based liquid nitrogen injection solution
Campbell, CA (April 9, 2007) Cryotech International, Inc., a leader in liquid nitrogen delivery systems, introduced a high level Siemens controller (ET200S based) to be used as a stand alone system or integrated into an all Siemens platform. The controller allows customers to fully integrate Cryotech’s LN2 dosing system into a production line. Customers also have the option of incorporating controls of the nitrogen unit into a master control panel.
Tom Bissett, engineering manager for Cryotech, states “Our customers now have access to a streamlined platform that provides software commonality in a Siemens based plant. This helps reduce training time, preventive maintenance requirements and associated downtime.”
Originally developed to meet the needs of key corporate customers, this all-Siemens solution is now available as a standard product offering.
Cryotech injection systems are ideal for a variety of applications, including product headspace inerting and pressurization of hot-fill aluminum cans, aluminum bottles, PET water bottles, PET heat-set bottles and HDPE containers.
