VBS Introduces the UltraDoser
Applications: Pressurizing non-carbonated liquids (i.e. tea, juices, water, oils, etc.) and inerting any packaging application that requires longer shelf life (i.e. wine, beer, peanuts, etc.)
New generation of injection equipment delivers a low-pressure, precise dose of LN2 at line speeds up to 1,000 containers per minute (CPM.)
Campbell, CA (March 29, 2004) VBS International, Inc., a leader in liquid nitrogen (LN2) delivery systems for container pressurization and/or oxygen displacement, introduces a new generation of VBS injection equipment. The UltraDoser is a low cost, compact liquid nitrogen dosing unit ideal for customers new to LN2 dosing. Combining precision dosing with simplified controls, the UltraDoser delivers a low-pressure, precise dose of LN2 at steady line speeds up to 1,000 containers per minute.
As VBS constantly strives to improve our products and meet our customers’ demands of high-quality, low cost dosing, we have designed the UltraDoser of heavy wall stainless steel, allowing it to withstand the rigors of today’s production environments. The streamlined design with a shortened rigid arm allows for easy line integration.
The sleek design and clean connections of the UltraDoser make it ideal for production environments with a CIP focus. Line operators appreciate the simple controls and easy start-up routine. With the ability to dose up to 1,000 CPM, the UltraDoser is on the cutting edge of LN2 dosing technology.
