Pneumatically Operated Pressure Tester Allows Operator to Operator Consistency
Applications: Pressure Testing non-carbonated liquid (i.e. tea, juices, water, oils, etc.) containers.
Small, portable unit designed with pneumatic test actuation for repeatable test results.
Campbell, CA (July 12, 2004) VBS International, Inc., a leader in liquid nitrogen (LN2) delivery systems for container pressurization and/or oxygen displacement, introduces a pneumatically operated pressure tester that is ideal for customers performing high volumes of pressure testing.
Designed with ease of use in mind to simplify the testing process, the pneumatically operated unit allows companies to achieve consistency of test results from different operators. This will benefit companies who routinely need to meet quality standards.
VBS’ pressure tester is a small, portable unit sized for standard 28mm and 38mm neck finishes (.9 – 1.0” finished enclosure height.) VBS’ neck support system eliminates crushed bottles. Even light-weight PET can be accurately evaluated. Operators will find the results easy to read on the 0 – 60 psi pressure gauge.
The pneumatically operated pressure tester is now available and carries a VBS International one-year warranty against all manufacturing and workmanship defects.
