Cryotech International Welcomes Tom Bissett as Engineering Manager

Campbell, CA (August 30, 2005) Cryotech International, Inc. (formerly VBS International, Inc.) a leader in liquid nitrogen delivery systems is pleased to announce that Tom Bissett has joined the Cryotech team as Engineering Manager. Alan Ziegler, formerly Vice President of Engineering and Development, will move to a new position as Vice President of Research and Development.

Tom has over twenty-eight years of experience in management, engineering, and manufacturing. He has held senior positions in Engineering and Operations, managing development groups of 40 engineers and directing multiple engineering departments. Before joining Cryotech International, Tom worked for Hybrid, Exxon, Xerox and Brown & Root. Tom has a PE license from California and Texas as well as Master’s Degrees of business administration and mechanical engineering.

At Cryotech, Tom will be responsible for managing the service and operational engineering department, which includes manufacturing engineering, quality/documentation and CAD as well as working closely with development engineering for the introduction of new products.
