Cryotech introduces simplified injection unit
Campbell, CA (October 26, 2006) Cryotech International, Inc. a leader in cryogenic transfer systems for over 25 years, announced today at the PACKEXPO show that they have added a new option to their line of liquid nitrogen injection units.
In response to customer requests for a low cost speed compensated injection unit, Cryotech engineers have designed the UltraDoser SC350. The UltraDoser SC350 can operate in either Fixed Delay or Speed Compensated Mode at line speeds up to 350 cpm. Above 350 cpm the unit can still operate but switches to continuous dosing mode. The UltraDoser SC350 has a compact enclosure, PLC based controller, a manual enable/disable switch and is CE approved.
“We have a lot of customers wanting the functionality of a speed compensated unit but are running line speeds under 300 cpm,” stated Cheryl Thierfelder, VP Sales and Marketing. “For them our LCI-2000M was too large of a unit. Developing the UltraDoser SC350 allowed us to address their needs with a compact, functional unit at a price that is right for their applications.”
Cryotech will be exhibiting the UltraDoser SC350 at the PACKEXPO show in Chicago, IL next week in booth S-632.
