VBS International acquires Cryotech Incorporated
Campbell, CA (June 6, 2005) VBS International, Inc. a leader in cryogenic transfer systems for over 25 years, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cryotech Incorporated, a Southern California company specializing in cryogenic dewar repair, gas control panels and on-site servicing of plant systems.
“Through our current business relationship, VBS and Cryotech have developed a strong mutual respect,” stated Gary Sandercock, president of VBS. “Cryotech’s business compliments VBS’ existing cryogenic pipe and equipment business. We are very excited about this acquisition and the combined opportunities we will have as one company.”
The Cryotech office, located in Southern California will remain open with Jim Amato, previous owner, staying on to help with the transition and day to day operations. Jim will report to Gary Sandercock, president of VBS, in the Campbell office. All current employees of Cryotech will remain on staff. Additional staff will be added to accommodate growth.
VBS will now be known as Cryotech International, a VBS company
